The participants should be travelling for their Honeymoon in the period from 2nd September, 2025 to December 31, 2026 (both inclusive). If the wedding takes place in the month of December 2026, the Honeymoon may take place up to sixty (60) calendar days after the wedding.

The Organiser’s employees, executives or partners, as well as their respective families, or anyone connected directly or indirectly related to the Organiser or the promotion may not participate in the Promotion.

This Promotion is free to enter; therefore, Participants will not be charged for entering.

The winner Participant must possess a bank account in their own name.

If it is found that any of the Participants do not comply with the requirements demanded in these Legal Terms, or that the data provided to participate are inaccurate, their participation will be considered null and void, and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion and will lose all rights to the Prize awarded by virtue of this Promotion. By entering the Promotion, Participants explicitly accept the current Legal Terms in full.

3. What dates will the Promotion run between?

The starting date for entries is 8:00 a.m., 2nd September 2025 BST (the "Start Date"), and the closing date for entries is 11:59 p.m., 31st October 2025 BST (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date of the Promotion will not be considered.

The Organiser will not change the Closing Date unless forced to do so by unavoidable circumstances outside their control (for example, changes in applicable law or governmental guidance that mean the Promotion is prohibited, or supply issues in respect of the Prize caused by circumstances outside of the Organiser's control, such as unforeseeable labour shortages or transport delays). In that case, the Promotion will be cancelled and, to the extent possible, reopened at a later date. All those Participants who sought to participate within the original terms will be given the opportunity to re-enter the Promotion.

4. Mechanics of the Promotion: How is the Winner selected?

The mechanics of the Promotion consist of registering on the Promotion landing page during the Promotion period, and the winning Participant will be chosen from among all those who meet the requirements to participate in the Promotion, and who, once registered in the Promotion, obtain at least three (3) stamps in their “Wedding Passport”.

The stamps in the Wedding Passport are obtained by contacting wedding vendors listed on Hitched across different categories. All vendors must be registered on the Website.

  • Second stamp: User to request information from a different vendor category on the Hitched platform, it must be a different category than the User’s first stamp. The User will then have a total of 2 stamps in their passport.

  • Third stamp: User to request information from a different vendor category on the Hitched platform, it must be a different category than the User's first and second stamps. By obtaining three (3) stamps in the User’s passport, they have one (1) entry into the prize drawing.

The Organiser’s decision as to the Winner is final and no correspondence relating to the selection of the Winner will be entered into.

The Winner will be notified within two (2) business days of the Selection Date by email or telephone. The Winner must respond by email to accept the award of the Prize. If the Winner fails to respond within two (2) business days of such notification being sent, or if the Winner is disqualified, their participation will be considered null and void, and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion and will lose all rights to the Prizes awarded under this Promotion.

Entries and/or the Winner may be disqualified if the Organiser determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the entry contains, among other things, false information, inappropriate language or remarks, offensive or discriminatory content, or any content that violates or infringes any third party’s rights.

In the event that the winning Participant does not express his/her acceptance or renounces the Prize within the indicated term, the first of the selected alternates will be contacted, with respect to whom we will proceed as indicated in the preceding paragraph, and so on.
